Excellent customer service! They cleaned my dog's teeth and it didn't break the bank. They also gave her a courtesy bath because she had an accident on herself and called later to see how she was doing. Tyler and the whole team are wonderful!
These folks are amazing to work with! I am a first time customer, and they got me in immediately, and were so friendly. Very clean facility, and professional staff. Will definitely be going here from now on!
I’m new to Danville and don’t yet have a vet for my little one. I had an emergency with her late in the night and tried to find someone local to help. They were the only ones with after hours line. Tyler answered and was so helpful in asking what was going on then recommending I go ahead and take her to emergency care rather than waiting until the next day. I appreciate the care and concern when he didn’t even know her. We will definitely be going here for her regular appointments.
The saw my cairn terrier the next day after I called. They had curb waiting and saw Felix promptly after notification of our arrival. They were caring, courteous and professional.
Doctor Gibson really worked with us on the bill when our dog required emergency care. She always provides the best care and we appreciate it!!!
