Called the after hours line, and spoke with Dr.Murray. He took our calf in even though we weren't a client of his clinic. Highly recommend this clinic and vet.

Was told to wear a mask and I did when I got in there not one person had one on not even the customer in front of me. Very unprofessional

Town and Country gave a wonderful first impression, the nurses were polite and bubbly, they had answers for every question etc. I felt confident leaving my cat to be spayed. Unfortunately it was one of the worst judgement calls I've made lately. I was charged for things I very clearly said no to and even crossed off the invoice I was given, even though it was not read to me in the list of things that had been done. But that's just the start of it. The lady that I paid at the end of the day was rude and ignored me almost every time I spoke to her. The doctor himself is where my biggest problem lies. After leaving my cat with him for seven hours he didn't bother to learn her name or even gender (even though he's the one that spayed) when speaking to me. The nurses and other customers I met all seemed to dislike him (one nurse in particular, who treated me quite lovely as opposed to the doctor, rolled her eyes quite a few times while he spoke to me) he was quick to get out of the room and be done with me and showed no affection for either of my animals. I disagree with the type of stitches they use, they have to be taken out instead of dissolved. I'm not saying don't trust them with your animals, I just hope someone makes them reflect on their business structure and 'bedside manner' if you will because while I'm sure they do good work, only the nurse seemed to care about me or my animals. Maybe only have minor vet work done at this business because I've experienced many cats spayed in my life and none have had actual stitches or suffered so much after the surgery than the one I had done here. I'm thoroughly disappointed about having to move to a vet in Lexington, but so be it.

This place is wonderful! I moved over from Louisville and as usual finding the right vet can be tough. I was going somewhere else and wasn't happy at all. Someone referred me and I've never been happier. The staff and the Doctor are wonderful, caring and very professional . Love them and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Extremely welcoming friendly caring staff and atmosphere. Took my 13 yr old beagle to them for a cough. They gave him an antibiotic pill and a medication for his cough along with advice on how best to administer the meds. Most importantly, you could tell they are all dog lovers!!
