Had a mix up that was my fault Nick at the White Lilly totally came to my rescue. That’s what a true business does for its customers! Highly recommend without question!
The owner of The White Lily stands by his Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, even if it means losing money in the deal. I had ordered flowers through a broker, Ava's Flowers, and this broker is a complete rip-off and should never be used. Order directly through The White Lily and you will be better off and completely satisfied. The White Lily delivered a bouquet that was not anything like what was pictured on the Ava's Flower site, because they were not given a picture of what it was supposed to look like. I called The White Lily, and the owner answered his phone personally, after hours on a Saturday. He explained everything and delivered a wonderful bouquet to replace the first one and was very pleasant to deal with. This independent florist is being ripped off by Ava'a Flowers, and so are customers who have no idea what or who they are ordering flowers from, across the country. Thank you The White Lily for making good on your Customer Satisfaction Guarantee!
Received three different sets of flowers on 9/19/2020 from the white Lily and the flowers all looked tired on the delivery day (not fresh). Thus, they will look truly bad in 1-3 days. not worth the money. maybe receiving an order of 3 was too much for what they had in stock. also my niece sent a picture of her order is was much large than what was received. Didn't have the heart to tell the people who sent them that the quality of the flowers were poor. it is the thought that counts but the store should have insured quality arrangements!!
I placed an order through FTD and within a few hours The White Lily had them delivered. I did call as I got nervous once I saw the reviews and he answered and was very nice and said he was headed to deliver them. I got a message from my friend shortly after with this picture and how much she loved them. Thank you for the quick service.
