Wouldn't recommend this establishment. They are currently under investigation by the State of Maine Attorney Generals Office. They have multiple bodies in their basement, people who have passed 4-5 weeks ago ---- families did not get calls returned... bodies just rotting in the basement... all while the family is wondering what is going on. Shame on this business. If you were going through tough times you should've at-least declined the business, or had someone else come in and handle what you couldn't.nnAt the end of the day, I guess you get what you pay for...

My mom died on March 27th 2020. ACS did a great job handling her remains. I know it takes time to get the remains back. My mom wasn't the only person to die around that time. So I understand. I'm going to use them when my dad Orman passes too.

Avoid this company like the plague. The way they treated my friend and her husband that died is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disgusting.

Staff is extremely rude and cold hearted! Tried for 16 days to get remains back i was told each day that the director was out and to try again the next day.
