Received a flower delivery from Roak a couple of weeks ago. Worst florist delivery service I've ever received in the L/A area. The arrangement consisted of several hot pink spray roses, three light pink roses, and some dreadful filler which was probably clipped off some shrub they had next to their building. On delivery, the sprays were losing pedals on my desk within the hour.. by the next day the sprays were withered and rotted. Two of the pink roses died within 3 days. Arrangement was delivered in a pleasing green vase which was filled with a mysterious substance which I assumed help keep the sparse arrangement up... I would almost make the assumption that the substance choked the flowers from receiving water. Just use Dube in the future... they know what they're doing. Only send Roak if you hate the person.
