I hate to give a poor review but everyone should know what they are getting in to. While the people we communicated with were very kind and considerate the organization is not. Both my step father and my mother passed away within a month of each other this spring. Very limited services available due to Covid 19. Understandable , but they were insistent on collecting the full amount “pre-paid”??? After lengthy negotiations and an attorney we received a relatively small refund, with no clear details about what was charge and what was a credit ??? So, finally we have a funeral “no visitation or anything much required by them but the charge on my moms was more than the refund???? All businesses need to make money, I get it but is this really appropriate?

Ann did a great job helping my sister and I when our dad recently passed away. She also helped us design a beautiful headstone. We were clueless about everything but she was extremely helpful.

My wife passed away December 2012 of Alzheimer's. It had been challenging but we knew that dreadful day would come. The 6am phone call to Mosters soon came the arrival of Richard and Larry which both has to be in heaven. They were very kind and gentle. Then the visit with Ann. We were so blessed to have her presence during the most difficult time. She walk us through those decisions that noone wants to make. She made us feel comfortable then gave us the most professional advice. Yes without her it would have been much more emotional . At last came to the finances which I brought up. It was so easy that when I brought a monument I called her and again she found what we wanted. She made all this possible for which Johnny and will always be grateful for. She was our friend then and now. Thank you my friend. A blessing we will never forget.

Do not take your loved ones there. They are so unprofessional, all they care about is money money money. Would not take my dog to them.
