This hospital cares, they are compassionate, and very thorough. They would call with updates on how our dog was doing throughout the day, night, and next day since he had to be hospitalized. You can tell in their voices they care, and continued to care days following.
They are always very polite and understanding. More importantly they are very good at their jobs. They also call and follow up after our visits which I appreciate very much.
I have had it with this place. If my dog wasn’t 12 years old, we would definitely switch vets. Not only did they refuse to stay the day we knew our other dog was dying, they are only out for the money. We’ve had our dogs on wellness plans, paying over $60 a month when we had both dogs since 2008. $45 to check for an ear infection when we’ve paid every single month and only bring our dog in when she needs shots? If I could give this place negative stars, that’s what I would get them. They don’t care about your animals, they just want your money. Nothing more than money. Please, if you love your pet, go to Plainfield Veterinary Clinic. They actually love their patients and show it.
Open 24/7 ! Accepts walk-ins. Great place for an unexpected visit to the vet. My lil pup had an alérgica reaction and they took him in as a priority because he was swelling up from his eye and mouth and they have him a few shots and he looked better within the hour. I'm glad they were able to help my pup and at a fast time given that I just showed up as a walk in. You pay for what you get good and fast service isn't cheap but I recommend it for their professionalism.
Place is very honest and great with each and every animal I have brought in. Highly recommend and trust
