I've taken our three labs to Caton Crossing over the last twenty years and have been very happy with their professional service. Most recently my dog Hunter was up for a vaccine last week. I called from the parking lot and let them know we were there. A few minutes later they called and were ready to take Hunter in. I walked him to the door were they took the leash (wearing a mask and gloves) and brought him. Less then five minutes later they called and we did the reverse on handing off Hunter. He was a happy camper as was myself.
I thought they were pretty professional in coming out to the car to get my dog who had a broken cyst on her tail. They did take a little bit long asking questions though as I anxiously told them my dog was bleeding. But she wasn't in there long and they shaved and bandaged her up right away. We got her back in no time and they did a good quality job bandaging her tail since it was at the part where it bends over her rump. The vet was nice and informative and let me express what I was thinking, too. The prices for meds and procedure were a little steep, but I'm pleased with the rest overall.
Impressed. Was able to get in within an hour of calling. And he waived the office visit fee to my surprise. Process in regard to the virus much simpler than our usual vet.
Thanks for taking good care of my cat JJ! And thank you for all the education you provided and the time you took to explain everything, it very helpful for a (semi) new cat owner! He was so calm on the car ride home from the Feliway spray you used, I'm definitely getting that for car rides now!
I have been taking my cat here for 6 years now, and I've never had an issue with really anything. Any advice they've given was accurate and worked and I always feel they treat me and my fur baby with a lot of care and take the time to explain things so u understand and take as much time as you need to talk and ask questions, I never feel rushed. And bella (my cat) always seems happy.
