I have taken my dog here for the past couple of years for routine shots or small issues. I have always had a positive experience but again these were just routine things I was going in for. This past week my dog had what turns out to be a seizure. I brought him in the next day. The vet we met with was wonderful! She really took her time with us explaining what happened to our little guy. I had so many questions and she answered them all & with an explanation that made sense. She really put my mind at ease. We had to have blood work done. We went in on a Saturday and to my surprise the vet called me on a Sunday with the results a little over 24 hours later! She even took the time to check to my sure my pup was adjusting well to his new meds. Although you have to wait a while, as it is a clinic, I felt the wait was not more than I I’d expected, and honestly was worth it considering the care my pup got! I have been to clinics in the past where I waited between 6-8 hours! Even on a Saturday we were in and out under 3 hours(we did get there early!). Definitely recommend if you need a new vet for your baby.
Had to make a very tough decision on my pets quality of life. They found time to fit us in and assist in this emotional time. We just received two cards expressing sympathy and support, very sweet gesture. Very unexpected but so thoughtful.
I am so angry with this place. There customer service is horrible..there process has no system. There are no scheduled appointments you have to wait a long time to check in and check out. There is no accountability for staff technician or doctors everyone is just doing their own thing. I took my 3 month old puppy in today for a bath and one of her vaccine shots. When I picked her up a couple hours later my puppies leg was bandage up she was waling in pain. Nobody could give me an explanation on what actually happened. I was so distraught! I’m taking her to emergency care at this moment. I would not recommend that ZOO to anyone especially if you have a small animal
I wish I could give this clinic 0 of 5 stars.nnI have been to this clinic a few times. Mostly because they take walk ins and it’s super convenient. HOWEVER, every time I go to this clinic they only offer the most radical treatment possible! They also take your pets away when performing any task on them.nnSo if they take your pet away and you can’t see the procedure..who is to say what they are doing is even the right thing?! Or who is to say if they are doing anything at all! But they DEFINITELY charge you for the max!nnMy recent visit involved my limping cat. They said he has arthritis and cancer, and said the only possible treatment was to amputate his leg.nnMultiple opinions later, and he has no arthritis and no cancer and the X-rays showed NOTHING.nnSo basically, they wanted to perform an unnecessary procedure on my healthy cat, which would destroy his quality of life, but would PAY THEM TONS! They don’t care. They are about the money. I will never go to them again.nnOh HUGE side note, they support puppy sales from stores. That means they support puppy mills. They will take all puppies sold from stores for their first appointment for free, and then charge a ridiculous amount for returning visits...which happen to be regular since puppy mill dogs are not peak healthiness when bought.
Their system for dealing with COV-ID is to have ALL customers wait in one long line outside. As a result, it has taken over an hour to even get in the building the past few visits.nnWould give them zero stars except that some of the staff members are exceptionally caring and loving.
