We have been seeing wonderful vet, Dr Ball for many years. Beautiful, clean clinic with welcoming staff.nWe were at Mokena Animal Clinic 2-09-2021 even though we are doing drop off with vet tech I feel very comfortable and confident that my dog is well taken care of. I appreciate that Dr Ball came outside to speak to us about our dog and explain his treatment. I also appreciate all the precautions that are being taken during this unprecedented time and please remember to be kind and understand as everyone is having to make adjustments including the clinic. It hasn’t been easy for any of us. Thank you to all your staff for keeping our fur families safe and healthy.
Phenomenal! Always taking care of our dogs and they do a great job! The doctor is always detailed in explaining and prices are reasonable. They even manage to make appointments last minute! Highly recommend. We have 3 dogs and at times it’s hectic.
I am a new client at the clinic and was very happy with the care both my dachshunds received at the clinic. When my pet had a reaction to a shot, I called in morning and it was dealt with right away and I had the necessary medication within the hour. I also appreciate the time the vets took to explain both of my dogs health and any issues that they found.nI moved here from rural Iowa where vet care is less expensive, but compared to a couple of other vets I tried in this area, Mokena Animal Clinic is reasonable.
Everyone at Mokena Animal Clinic (especially Dr. Ball!) takes the best care of our senior dog. They follow up with us, and they are extremely nice and helpful. Between all the phone calls and visits, we are never disappointed. I know our dog is in the best hands! I completely trust them and all the knowledge they’ve provided, and know that we picked the best vet for our Smokey.
The quality of care by the Doctors and staff is excellent!! They truly are amazing, especially at protecting us all, animals included, during this unprecedented time. I came for an examination and then back for surgery for my little bun Binky Boo, based only on referral. I never met any docs, just was updated on phone with all my questions answered, because of the pandemic. I will never go anywhere else! It's worth the 40 minute drive for me, knowing they do love our animals and are the best at all they do!!
