Very happy with this place! I ordered the corsages and boutonnieres for my wedding through them with about a 2 week notice, and she was very helpful in explaining what they could do with what I had wanted. They all turned out beautifully! 10/10 would recommend this place.
Great flowers friendly service reasonable prices. I have used these people for years and they never disappoint. Excellent ability to design beautiful flower arrangements at all price levels.
A group of friends and I (6 of us) wanted to send our dear friend whose more like family (25 years of friendship for us) a beautiful arrangement for the passing of her dad. We're all from Miami and with this pandemic going on we thought it would be difficult to send her an arrangement soon. But we were wrong. I personally called and was given outstanding service. They even delivered the flowers sooner then expected. We made her smile during this time of grief. They really came through at such a crushing timenThis establishment is worth 10 stars!
DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM HERE. The floral arrangement delivered looked NOTHING like the flowers ordered. We paid $50 for disgraceful flowers, misspelled name on card and did NOT even receive a vase as ordered. Absolutely disappointed and they should be embarrassed. We spoke to representative and she continued to say 'well website 'menus' don't always portray what you'll receive.' False advertising. Should add disclaimer that items will look nothing like website photos. She even went on to say that the website indicated the exact amounts of each flower, but that was a lie. In all, they handled themselves very poorly, their website is extremely misleading and the floral arrangements are not worth the cost. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLETHORA OR TERRIBLE REVIEWS. BUY OR BEWARE
Ordered a pretty expensive snake plant to be sent to my girl. When it arrived to her house it was a different type of snake plant than pictured, had a different pot than pictured, and also didn’t have the wooden stand that was supposed to be included.nnAm not at all happy with the product she received vs. what I ordered.nnI’d give 1 star, but she still loved the plant regardless so I’ll leave 2.
