Too quality care and compassion! Justin was great and talked us through arriving during Covid. Lana is awesome. She helped get papers signed and our sweet pup Manny inside calmly. I knew process and price all up front. This place is worth every penny. You get what you paid for and you get the best. Dr Amy Bess did exrays and our chihuahua has degenerative discs. She got us set up with meds and follow up immediately. Great place! Great team! Top rate service. Thank you all and see you soon.
The staff are amazingly kind, understanding, and patient. This place is one of the best! They care for your pet and will do their best to help. Plus they have super convenient hours. Its the only place in town open on Sunday!
We had to come here tonight while traveling for our baby girl chihuahua. The service here is second to none. It was midnight and we were scared and the doctor was able to explain everything to us, remained positive for us, and through talking to us curbside was able to identify a possible condition causing our dog's symptoms and offered a blood test. Turns out she was right! We were able to take our doggie home for the night and administer her care outpatient and are so appreciative the of all the staff that helped us out tonight before we get back on the road tomorrow!
While it is expensive, having peace of mind is worth it. One of my cats ended up with an eye infection and her third eyelid was showing. It looked awful and they were able to see her immediately and give her some medicine. I feel a lot better and my vet would have charged almost as much for an emergency appointment. The staff were also incredibly kind and that was very much appreciated.
We had to take our sweet dog Molly to be euthanized for late term lymphoma. None of our local vets would do evening hours and I had to work till 7pm and didn't want my husband to face alone. They were amazing. I don't know the name of the young man who took care of us but was very kind and considerate. Everyone we encountered was very kind. It made a horrible situation more tolerable. Thank you.
