TLC is great. I had to get shots for two of my dogs. One of which is scared of stranger's. So they actually came out to the car and let me hold her while they gave her the shots she needed. They were really good about it. I was very happy with the experience.
This place is great. We're new to the area and were looking for a new vet for our cat. We just got a puppy over the weekend from a rescue and she had staples from her spay. We had called another vet that was closer to us but they weren't taking new patients and recommended this place. We called to schedule and appt to get the staples removed and set her up as a patient. Over the long holiday weekend her incision got infected. We called to see if we could get her in sooner and they just told us to come pick up a prescription. I really appreciated that I didn't have to pay extra for a visit when we were coming two days later anyway. The antibiotic helped and she is doing great. We had our appt, they removed the staples, and checked her over. They were really good to her and didn't even charge a fee to remove the staples. Will absolutely bring her back and bring our cat here as well.
TLC gives your pet the best possible care. They are genuinely concerned about the health and well being of your fur babies! The extra steps that they take to keep everyone safe from Covid is amazing.
