They are a great funeral home. They are just the most understanding and warming people. The process went by so smoothly and it's because of the professionalism and the organization that help the most. They went above and beyond for my mom funeral and I appreciate them all. The whole staff was amazing and we appreciate everything that they did for us.
T.W. Parks Colonial Chapel met and exceeded my expectations in the handling of the services for my best friend. They understood the struggles that arise during this time of extreme stress and helped the family negotiate those challenges. Additionally, they were very accommodating in regards to her military honors and submitted all required paperwork expeditiously so that those honirs could be performed. Great experience.

Ahhhh..where do I start, well let me start by saying that my family & I had a wonderful experience with this company..I lost my Sister last year in the ER @ St Francis. Little did I know that I would b handling the whole funeral arrangements, though my Nephews were very helpful..Mind U that I have never had 2 do funeral arrangements b4, therefore I was a little shaken/nervous b' cause I wanted everything 2 b perfect. Well needless 2 say, I picked the right funeral home 2 b in charge of the arrangements. Sharon & her Daughter Shar'ree was very kind and helpful 2 us. They allowed us 2 make several changes 2 the service, provided us with their personal cell numbers in case we needed 2 make more changes.U see my sister had a condition that caused her bone structure 2 b fixed in a certain way.. Sharon suggested a specially made coffin 4 her that made her body fit perfect in this coffin. She and her daughter made my sister look lovely and everyone was pleased..I must say that they/she & her staff went above & beyond the call of duty 2 make us happy, in addition we were awarded a beautiful blanket with a picture of my sister on it. OMG!! This brought tears 2 my eyes. We were ever so pleased with TW Park's service.. God bless U Sharon..nn.....
DO NOT PATRONISE this business unless you desire ignored family requests, wrong date on the death certificate, an unrecognizable family member after processing not due to cause of death, last minute additional charges, late limo service, negligent and unprofessional staff doubling as the answering service not addressing messages and concerns.
