Everyone there was very nice. R dog ud83dudc15 had his first stay there and I was super nervous and worried but they made sure he was comfortable and he had a nice bath and nail trim.
I had a very sick elderly cat that I needed to have seen. I really needed to be in the exam room with my kitty because I just didn't want him scared he was 18-20 years old and so sick. My vets, I've used 2, for years and would not even consider letting me into the exam room because of covid. I called many vets that day, begging,, and not one would budge with their restrictions. But rochelle vet clinic took us in, never met us before.nI feel so bad that I do not know the name of the vet at the rochelle vet clinic but she was compassionate, along with the staff, took so much time with me. I had to put my kitty, Larry down that day. I am still very sad but the compassion I received that day from the staff and the vet will never be forgotten.
