Issue - I ordered $100 worth of flowers for my girlfriend a few day before Valentine’s Day - Asked the gentleman about doing something Grand and could he do this for $100. He replied absolutely ! Well the flowers showed up and my girlfriends and she sent me a picture of course thanking me - when I looked at the arraignment this florist sent I was appalled at what I was looking at for $118 delivered - I called this gentleman immediately and told him how disappointed I was and he said the write thing and sent another flower arraignment out - when that arrived it was 10 times worse then the original one we were blown away. My girlfriend returned the flowers to there shop and we asked for a credit. He gave her a hard time and was pretty rude as to our disappointment of his flower arraignments - I’m still waiting for my credit and his last reply to me when I called him was “ don’t ever order flowers from him again - awesome customer service - your choice but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
