This was my first time there. I had high hope from reading all of the reviews so that is why I chose this place. We got in there, they did our paperwork and then I gave it back. It took about 20 minutes to even be seen, no one told me what was going on just let me sit around. Finally got my dog seen for her knee that may be torn. The Dr put her up on the plastic board to lower and raise her. He then took her legs with no notice and really man handled her on that hard board multiple times. I was supposed to get x-rays done for her. He said that he wasn't going to do them because she should go to an orthopedic vet in Peoria. He said that he was going to give them a call and let them know what was going on and give me their number. That never happened. I called the orthopedic place and they never received any paperwork or information regarding my dog. I will not go back here, not very pleased with the service.
Took my daughter's guinea pigs in to get their nails clipped. The vet and the vet's assistant did great with them. I would recommend to anyone.
Great staff. They really listened to my concerns with they treated my cat. The staff wasn't rough with him either.
Same day appointment, they were very quick getting us in and out. Dr Loop is very professional!
Great service and really polite. Handle my puppy with care and informed me about potential risks for him as well as ways to help train him.
