Their floral delivery staff falsely claimed that they had delivered flowers to someone on St. Valentine's Day. Therefore, nothing could be done to get other arrangements made since it wasn't figured out until AFTER VALENTINES DAY WAS OVER. TOOO LATE, ITS DONE AND OVER....This is beause i (the sender, was told that they HAD BEEN delivered). What a disappointment and complete failure because of their dishonesty which ruined what should have been a joyful holiday FOR 2 PEOPLE. AND THEY GAVE NO COMPENSATION!!!!! horrible......absolutely horrible...nIt wont let me give them negative or even 0 stars. It makes give them one that they don't even deserve.
