Took care of both my parents, did an excellent job. Very helpful,and understanding. I felt more relaxed after meeting Don, very nice, answered all questions and provided any information we requested as soon as asked.
I highly recommend you do not use this establishment. The funeral director is not capable. He messed up the death announcement of my father and a correction had to be published, he never delivered the memorial items we ordered (thumb print necklaces), we had to harass him to send us the bill which took almost a year and as of 1 year and 9 months, he still hasn’t had the date of death engraved on my fathers head stone, despite several pleas from my mother and 2 emails from me that were never acknowledged. My mother had to pay another $150 to someone else to engrave the date of death. Dealing with the loss of a loved one is hard enough without have to deal with shoddy, neglectful service.
