We’ve been taking our dogs to Mundelein Animal Hospital for about 3 years now. Great, compassionate staff, nice facility and convenient. Most times when needing an appointment we can get in the day of. Great value for the quality of service we get and convenience. One of our dogs had an ACL surgery here (great doc, excellent after-care direction, our dog is doing great!) and our other dog recently had a deep teeth cleaning with some needing to be removed (another great doc who gave clear after-care direction and our dog is noticeably more comfortable!). Highly recommend this vet office.
Took our new puppy to Mundelein Animal Hospital for her first checkup. They have a user friendly website and app. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Appreciated the folder they gave me with useful info as well as the welcome gift bag as a new patient. Had a thoroughly positive experience. Highly recommend.

Kind vets who love animals and care about the humans too.nnEdit: Our most recent visit was even better than the last. MAH takes social distancing seriously and have taken precautions to keep everyone safe. Although we could not be with our dog during his exam, the vet was in contact with us by phone while we waited in the car. She could have subjected our geriatric dog to a bunch of expensive tests and x-rays, but instead, she gently told us that there would be no point in doing that. She did a great job of delivering rather bad news.nnWe have worked with MAH through the last years of two geriatric pets and will do so in the future when we rescue another senior animal.
I have been a client for 10+ years because all of the staff is attentive, professional, reliable and very friendly. I have and will continue to recommend this business to anyone who asks about a vet. A big thank you for your service to all staff!nJan G.
