If I could it would be ZERO stars! DO NOT attempt to use this service! They can not fulfill orders, lie about delivery of orders, and have zero customer service skills. I recommend they learn and develop skills on how to deliver quality service. The College of Lake County offers courses, never too late to learn!
I walk in present myself greet the front desk lady and just a blank dull stare zero response...... &;So I had stopped by to ask a small business question/propostion & the front desk lady was not in a right state of mind hence, she was having what seemed to be an episode freaking out in front of me her face was all red and kept stuttering told me that I need to leave. customer service was terrible as 1st impressions matter the most my experience here was terrible I'm not surprised people like that still exist by the way don't take it the wrong way I'm just being honest so that other people don't have a $HiTT¥ Experience
