Unfortunately, I've had to arrange several final services/viewing of my relatives over the years but never, NEVER have I been as impressed and pleased with the services received than when I made the arrangements for my father - including flying his remains from out of state and all the details needed. I found every single person that I encountered from Lax to be not only empathetic and calming, but more importantly, trustworthy, professional, highly capable. Their services culminated in an affordable, fitting and dignified tribute to my dad and I cannot encourage anyone needing services in the K3 area to reach out to them. They will NOT disappoint.nnI've seen the presentation of the deceased from other providers that left something to be desired - skin texture, color, etc. Lax is spot-on and takes care of the family's needs as I would imagine they would do for their own. Too bad I can only rate them with 5 stars
