The ladies who work up front are amazing. Especially Natalie. She kept her calm when she had 10 customers to help. There were at least 5 people in the back who didn't come out to help. Customers in front of me were complaining about the rest of the staff ignoring how busy they were. Natalie shows grace and kindness like I've never seen before. SHE is the sole reason I will continue business here. If it was not for her, I would have left and never come back.
I live on the East Coast, I have a dear friend who lives there, I called and left it up to the florist to put together a bouquet of flowers, and Wow. Thank you so much. They were absolutely perfect.
Guess since we were out of state and would never see the arrangement it was not a priority.nWas sent a pic and was very disappointed.nGot a vase with a few flowers stuck in it and delivered for our loved one. Guess things up there are done differently than here.
Ordered bridal bouquet, two mother corsages, and one groom boutonnière for our small wedding with only one weeks notice. Everything came out so beautiful. I appreciate this business making my day less stressful! We will be back
Product was good, but delivery was not handled well. I ordered flowers several days in advance for my daughters first day at her job as a “have a good first day!” and followed up with a call requesting morning delivery because she was only there until early afternoon. The flowers were not delivered until she was packing up to go home. I called twice on the day of delivery and they neither offered to rush the delivery nor offered to make things right in any way. Quality product but I probably will not use them again.
