Worse customer service ever! Owner and her daughter don't deserve any business!! They ruined my family members birthday. And they had the audacity to yell at me over the phone when I asked a question. Wish I could give them -5 star.
Mary is VERY unprofessional and rude. You're better off attempting to do it yourself or buying from a grocery store. I Will never do business with edible arrangements in Bourbonnais again! They don't deserve your business either!!!!
