In need of a beautiful arrangement and desire amazing customer service? Look no further!! There was a glitch on the site I was using which unfortunately allowed me to select an unavailable delivery option. Andy noticed the error and called me to let me know they would be able to promptly deliver my order the next day and even offered to upgrade my order. In the midst of COVID-19, I was upset because I was missing a close friend’s birthday. Andy took it upon himself to create the stunning arrangement and personally deliver it to my friend so she would receive it on her birthday (and on a Sunday, no less)! The picture I received from my friend of the flowers far-exceeded my expectations, as did Andy’s fantastic customer service. I will be a repeat customer, and I will gladly recommend to friends & family. Thank you!!
