It's hard to find a business that is both professional and treats their customers as they would family. I can truly say this about Butala Funeral Home. Janice worked hard to give our family exactly what we wanted without any pressure. Janice told us exactly what to expect up front on every detail. She is exceptionally organized. When an issue came up with the death certificate, she was on it keeping us informed every step. Thank you.
The service went well HOWEVER the funeral director sought private information concerning my family and the deceased and brought it up to my mom when she went to pay. This behavior is APPALLING and it SICKENS me that she would interject herself into private family matters that do not concern her. She upset an already grieving widow. I will never use their services again! SHAME ON YOU
Very pleasant place, clean and current. Plenty of parking and easy to locate. Lot and building exterior appear to be well maintained. Staff was very courteous and professional. The room we were in was spacious, bright and airy.
If I could rate 0 I would. Director is rude, inconsiderate, has no passion for the people coming to grieve. Horrible speaker system, and not enough space to accommodate all. Just horrible service and rude as ever.
