Staff is very helpful and professional. They care about the pets that come through the door and are very kind. They want the best for your pets. I brought both my cats here and received amazing service and care.

The people answering the phone here are downright rude and fail to communicate with the vets in order to help customers. They insisted I bring our pup in solely to weigh her in order to receive a simple and single heartworm dose when the vet had just left me a voicemail minutes before letting me know that we could weigh at home and report the weight from there.nnI dread calling this place to experience unnecessary attitude and severely lacking compassion. I hope they will reassess the first people customers speak to when calling. We’ve already switched vets and are much happier!

Very compassionate. Made a difficult decision and they were very compassionate.nTook the dog in right away as he was really suffering.nSad for the situation but had to do what had to be done

I don't recommend this vet as she seems too busy and can't dedicate her time fully to one patient at a time.nnI was extremely worried about having a bad experience because of covid (not being allowed inside)nThis vet made my worries come true. First starts waiting in the parking lot, on the phone with the front desk asking what do you want the vet to check. Then you bring your dog inside, wait 20 minutes outside for the vet to call and ask the same question again. Whats wrong with your dog.nSo I found out my peanut has both ears infected, and bad dental. Ok so I asked the vet to please clean her eas out since they are infected, then I can start the medication. The vet said she could clean them.***** (at the end of the visit, her ears weren't cleaned)*****nCalled her back and she said she forgot.nSaid to come back either today or Wednesday and she could do it but now for a charge when the first time she said she wouldn't charge me.nUnbelievable back and forth.nMy dog has been hacking/coughing/ for years now and it's only getting worse and she couldn't give me a straight answer as to why she's coughing so much.nFrom what I understood was that she was too overweight and to walk her more. She didn't ask anything about her diet,etc.nAsked her to please email me a summary of the visit because they don't when you leave.nn****They have a deal for first time patients ( during the month of March 2021)-$25 and they didn't even mention it to me.******nn*****Overall: wouldn't recommend here, read reviews around and call elsewhere. *********
