I called to ask for hours because my poor dog seemed to be having an ear infection and I explained to who ever answered the phone the situation and clearly told her my dog has dry blood and its seemed like his ear was swollen and was draining and I wanted to get him in. HER REPLY WAS OHH YEAH WE CAN SEE HIM AND WE CAN BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR NEXT WEEK. Really so my dog can be dying but yet you want me to wait for a week before he can get seen. Talk about ridiculous!!! I would love to have her in pain and gets seen a week later to see if she likes it. Talk about being so insensitive.
Everyone there is so nice. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need for your pet. They all go above and beyond what's expected at a vet clinic. My dogs love going there. I've recommended this clinic to all my friends and family.
Super professional and quick! Very gentle with the animals. Will be my puppy's go to vet from now on.
