Excellent station only issue I have is no restrooms

Very nice staff that are very informed and educated when it comes to their job. The parking area is very nice, and cheap. It’s a great Park-and-ride station. The only issue is there are no bathrooms which is extremely inconvenient.

Excellent , but signaling points the signs of signaling confused me and I went around trying to get the blue line.

I have always found parking and the staff are friendly and helpful. The station also feels safe.

The station is pretty standard for the CTA. There is a heavy security presence in the mornings.nnThe parking is terrible. The lots are typically full of trash (even things such as old TVs) and the pavement is broken/craggy in many areas. In winter, the lot is hardly plowed while walking paths and stairs are completely inaccessible and unshoveled. You'd think for $6+ (without the option for overnight parking) per spot per day, the lot would be better taken care of.nnOn top of it all, if you park on the north side of the station, you can't exit on Des Plaines. Rather, you'll need to exit a different way (onto Madison). This route adds another 5-10 minutes drive time + about 1 mile of driving before you're at the same entrance point on Des Plaines.
