Since I was a little girl, we always went to a family friend who was also a funeral director. Unfortunately, that person has passed on and I found myself looking for someone else our family could use.nnOriginally, I found it very difficult to seek out and develop trust with someone else, however, I was referred to Leonard by a mutual friend and couldn't be more pleased.nnIn a time when you need sympathy, compassion, and understanding, Northlake Funeral Home and Leonard provide just that. The owner, Leonard, is the most kindest, understanding person in his field. I lost my son a few weeks ago. Leonard and his employees were very professional. They showed us nothing but kindness, empathy and sympathy.
