We called to see if our 88 year old grandmother who was unable to travel from NY to Illinois during COVID to view the ceremony and they did not have any technology that could support this viewing. When we spoke on the phone they were insensitive, uncaring, and unsympathetic to her situation and her grief. How dare they be so uncaring when they are in the business of “helping” families say goodbye to their loved ones.

Thank you Sevetta Kidd for disrespecting my family during our time of bereavement. Supporting my own is hard bc of people like her. Wallace Funeral Home, I'm sure you train your employees to work the funerals and not themselves.

Great friendly service funeral director does awesome work.

I didn't want to give any stars but Google doesn't give you that option. However I would NEVER refer this funeral home to anyone. Very impatient and unprofessional service. You can tell money is the only motive. I'm very disgusted with the way my father service was handled. I can't believe I was even referred to this place.

Caring Staff. The did an excellent job with both of my family memebers that have passed in the last few years. I would definitely reccomend them.
