I received a beautiful basket of flowers from my Mom for my birthday. I can truly say I have never seen such a nice arrangement. All the flowers were absolutely fresh and lasted for almost two weeks. It was so nice to have something so cheerful especially during this crazy time. I would highly recommend Guzzardo's.
Be careful of ordering here! I placed an order for Valentine's Day. At 1 p.m I was told I was next in line for delivery so to wait by the door, but nobody ever came. Then five minutes later I received 3 emails saying delivery was attempted and they couldn't deliver. I called and they said it was an error and my flower were still going to be delivered. When it was getting late tried contacting the driver what the lastest they deliver and they wouldn't answer me. 4 hours later I call the store and their closed. I found the company email and asked them about my flowers and how is it possible I was next for delivery and it been 4 hours and nothing. At 6 p.m I get a call saying how my delivery driver messed up my flowers didn't tell the store, they finished their delivery and then LEFT, so unprofessional. By the time they noticed the store was closed so it was too late for my flower to be fixed. So they couldn't deliver. Extremely disappointing. All I was offered was delivery early next day with MAYBE some free strawberries. I told them it was too late and asked for a refund and they said they'll see what they can do. This was an expensive order. I'm so upset I waited all day for no reason. Waste of time.
I have ordered from this location a few times before. I order premium long stem pink roses. Definitely not long stem and premium. Flowers only lasted 3 days. Delivered on 2/11/21 flowers were pretty much gone by 2/13/21. Very disappointed. 2 stars for delivery service.
Absolutely terrible. Ordered through Teleflora and the delivery was NEVER received. I contacted customer service five times and every time they just kept saying it was delivered. Needless to say it was never signed for, never received, NEVER arrived. I would not recommend this florist OR teleflora to anyone
I received a plant for my birthday which was delivered on 2/6/2021. There were no instructions on how to care for the plant or the plant name. I contacted the floral shop on Monday 2/8/2021to ask questions and was told the following. “We do not do many plants and to just water it every two days”. I also asked about how much sunshine and the lady really couldn’t answer. The plant is now turning brown and was a waste of my sister’smoney.
