I ordered flowers to be delivered by a local florist through 1-800-Flowers. So I didn't have any choice as to the florist. But I couldn't have been more pleased with the beautiful bouquet that was delivered to my friend. The picture she sent looks just like the picture on the website. The flowers were fresh and carefully arranged. There were no additional charges or fees. And the flowers were delivered as promised. Next time, I will skip the 1-800-Flowers website and call Palmer Florist directly.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I cannot believe after literally 4 hours with customer service at 1-800 flowers, and a totally botched order due to a severe lack of communication between this florist and 1-800 flowers, this florist had the unmitigated gall to contact the recipient of the order, not me, and want her to RETURN THE FLOWERS they delivered!!!! Recipient is a 93 year old woman. What, is this the floral mafia? Never again. Placing a complaint with the BBB, and by the looks of it, I'm not the only one.

Local place , good florists . Shop local if you can .
