I have asked for my cats records 3 times and I need them sent for insurance purposes and they will not or have not done so. They lied and said they sent them to me but they did not.

The entire staff is great and very accommodating. My puppy was sick and dehydrated. They took her in am and I was able to go to work and pick her up later. Wonderful!
