Ordered 2 large flower arrangements from here once, they were beautiful. Decided to call and order again for a second time, I was greeted harshly over the phone. Based on location, I expect better service. Yikes! Went to bouq box flowers instead.nnEdit 2/2/2021: They were able to put together some beautiful flower bouquets last minute, and were very friendly over the phone. I believe they changed the staff. 5/5 stars!

I’ve ordered from Vince’s Flower shop 2x (for the same recipient) and both times she sent enthusiastic thanks and pictures of the fresh, lovely arrangements. And as the “shopper” I was very pleased with how the actual arrangement compared to the picture on the website. Love these guys: they’re local, reliable and reasonably priced.

This place is amazing! They are attentive, pay attention to your requests and even follow up with a picture of the arrangement being sent! The floral designer did an unbelievable job. I could not be happier!

Great new florist! I was looking for a new florist in the midtown area with great product at reasonable prices and this is it!! Briana was fantastic, and helped me choose some mini orchids for my order. I was even able to request colors. She was very helpful and extremely polite.

Received a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Loved the variety of flowers. I live in a high rise and the delivery person knew to call after the drop off otherwise I may not have been notified.
