Edible Arrangements

First and foremost, I don’t know where all the negative reviews are coming from but let me tell ‘ya. Placed an order last minute delivery for a Valentines Day gift and they were able to work their magic and have it delivered before the even asked time! If there were 10 stars to give, I’d give it! thank you staff :)

I placed an order 4 days in advance for a delivery, and everything went very smoothly. I got a confirmation email, and I was able to track the progress of the order through delivery -- and the order was delivered on the day I asked for. My recipient said the fruit was beautiful and delicious.nI'm primarily writing this review because it seems this store received a lot of negative reviews around Mother's Day 2020. My guess is that the location was struggling in the pandemic around the holiday, but they have recovered and seem to be doing well. They deserve a better rating!

If I can give 0 stars I would. Unbelievably horrible customer service by this branch after they messed up an order. I understand they’re busy on holidays but if you can’t handle this many orders then don’t take them. On top of that, this location should work on bettering their management in specifics, manager Stephanie. Utterly rude and has major attitude WHILE SHES WRONG. I will never ever order from edible arrangements ever again!! I do not recommend anyone to either. Disgusting.

STEPHANIE WENT WAY ABOVE MEASURES....AFTER THE WENT DOWN AND CHARGE ME 150.00 SHE WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE AND JUST OVERALL GREAT AND WAS VERY CONCERN
