Doctor explained everything standing out in the rain. Did not do unnecessary tests. Follow up the next morning answering my questions.

I understand about covid and everything but why would you not take new patients. I just moved to the neighborhood and needed a place to take my dog. They did recommend munster and that was good but keep taking pets they need you!!

I love the Staff and service at Lansing Animal Hospital. I've been bringing Bentley, my miniature poodle, here for almost 5 years. The staff and doctors are always professional, polite, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. And the Groomers are the Best! I've taken Bentley to a few other places and no one cuts his hair better than Desi and Sara (former groomer). They always go the extra mile and I love them for all of the hard, fantastic work they do. ud83eudd70ud83dude37ud83dudc3e

I have taken my dg to this place of business for severa year I went up to the place f business this morning and waited outside I called several times finally at 815 someone answered the phone I asked if the hours changed the clerk said no very nasty I informed her that i was outside my animal was sick whats her name you need an appointment I asked when did that change I was just there last year you need an appointment I said I cant be seen by a Dr my animal has been comming there for 7 years really no good customer service the manger is name Liz she wont be in until noon and hung up in y face don`t bother with this type of service they have shhitty help when you spend your money you deserver better

I took Cocoa in because she was not able to get up and walk because of her hip. Once there she was examined by Dr Nava, she came out and told us she thinks meds will work,will try for a couple weeks,got a shot and when we got home you would of thought nothing was wrong. Two days later they called to check on her. I would recommend Lansing Animal Hospital to anyone that cares about there pet. Thank you all,your GREAT.
