I’ve been bringing my pets here for over 20 years. They are super compassionate and attentive to each of my pet’s needs. Curbside service is flawless! My 4 rating is because they are more expensive and rarely offer any type of discount to long-time customers.
I am a new dog owner and so very happy with Dr. Herda’s care. She’s so thorough in her assessment of what my pet needs, gives me time to ask questions and more than anything she is kind. My dog always gets the best praises from her and her staff and comes back happy, not at all stressed. She’s in good hands. Although I’m not able to come back with her due to the pandemic, I am fully confident that my dog is being cared for in the best way possible. Dr. Herda even asked about the dog food brand and shared information about grain-free dog foods which is so helpful! I’m so grateful for this local veterinarian hospital!
Glenwood Village is by far one of the best in the area! From the staff to the Doctors I know my pets are getting compassionate care that always exceeds my expectations. Thank you guys!
The staff is great! I knew Dr Parr before becoming a client and started seeing her at Glenwood. When she is not available, i see whoever is free because the staff is so knowledgeable, professional and knows their stuff! Even in this pandemic environment, the efficiency, professionalism and patience is still as prominent as ever! Thanks for being there GVPH!!
