Entire team is very friendly and professional. They always take care of my dogs like they were their own. You can tell the staff there really enjoys what they do. BEST VET IN TOWN!!!

Excellent service. Very nice staff. Reasonably priced. Complimented my cat so I would give 7/5 if possible. I also love the app, and the emails they send out with helpful reminders or random information.

I can’t say enough about VCA Heritage. I’ve brought my dog, Chance and my cat, Big Fuda here and always had a wonderful experience. Recently, Big Fuda has gone through some medical issues which required her to spend three days at the clinic. Every interaction with the front desk has been positive and friendly. They always wanted to go the extra mile for you. They treated Big like she was their own and always answered my question (many, many questions lol). Dr. Phillips was one of the most compassionate and thorough veterinarians I’ve ever met. She made sure I was always informed and comfortable with the plan. Also, Dr Rhodes picked up right where she left off on the days she wasn’t there. And shout out to the technicians!!! They rock! They always made sure to update me on how she was doing and I felt comfortable leaving her there. I’m very picky about who I trust with my animals and VCA Heritage has earned that trust!!
