I took my two cats in for their yearly exams and vaccines and Dr. Ramsey was lovely. Very kind and caring and gentle with my girls who are very nervous at the vet already anyway. She was very professional and very thorough and I loved the way she handled my cats.nI bring my dog here as well to see Dr. Morehouse and have had only positive experiences.nI really appreciate the folks here at Russel Veterinary Services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for prompt and fairly priced vet care. They seem to really care about our pup! We view Delilah as our child, and they can definitely tell! We live about 30-40 minutes away, and they are completely understanding if it takes us a little longer to get there!
Our 10 yr old little Yorkie had to have a dental deep cleaning under anesthesia. I was worried to death, because this can be a serious procedure for some dogs. Some teeth had to be extracted, but he’s doing very well. Dr.Russell is very knowledgeable and his staff are great. Many times I’ve taken my dog in without an appointment for a broken nail, etc... and they’ve always worked us in. IMO, Dr. Russell is the best Vet in this area ( Claiborne Co. TN & Bell Co. KY)
I LOVE THIS PLACE. ITS THE BEST YOU CAN TAKE YOUR PETS
No one in this clinic was practicing any COVID safety protocol. No masks. Seriously, medical professionals who weren’t wearing masks. And one staff member shouted across the entire facility about the liberal news media and liberals needing to get over it after a phone call with someone who asked about masking/curbside service. The vet who took care of us was nice and seemed to do a fine job, in my unprofessional opinion, but I will definitely not return to this practice. I can only imagine how those staff members would act if they went to an establishment where comments were shouted about ignorant hicks who don’t have the human decency to try keeping their germs to themselves during a global pandemic. I’m sure they would take their business elsewhere, as will I.
