Very friendly very helpful

John Lux is a good man, making an earnest living. He has prepared both my niece and more recently, my mother. My 4 star rating comes due to small improvements that could be made. My niece looked good but, she did not look like my niece. My mother, looked like my mother. She actually looked a little better than she did in life. Her hair was not styled in the manner we had asked but, the choice John, made I feel was a better decision, for it was styled in a manner more consistent in her day to day life. My only complaint was that he was not aware that the flowers had been delivered but, to his credit, he did take the time to find out why the florist delivered only one spray instead of the 2 I ordered. Bottom line is I, would recommend Lux memorial chapel.
