When I moved to Humboldt I had a couple of pets pass away because of old age. Jackie was the best. She is so understanding and she knows how to console you. She becomes a friend.

When My best friend unexpectedly passed away on 3-23-20 Jackie was there within a couple hours to pick him up and console me. When I thought I was ready for her to leave, I had a total panic attack and asked for a few more minutes with my little honey man. Jackie was beyond understanding and did not bat an eye at my wails and tears. Thank you so much Jackie. I did not expect the PawPrint Pressing either, I cannot thank you enough for making this time of sorrow a beautiful experience.

This was such an amazing experience, My family Dog of 14 years passed and I called the folks at Dignity Cremations . When I called it was after 7pm and thinking I wouldnt get anyone that night I left a message and got a return call within 15 min. Jackie was so great she was very professional and caring . She explained everything and answered all my questions. We got our Boy Duke back within a week . she even delivered him in a beautiful wood engraved box with his Name on a gold plate. This group of people that do this for a living are God sent and I wouldn't dream of not calling them in the future. The heartfelt card and paw print was just so over the top. Crestline Vet Clinic sent my beloved 18 1/2 year old cat Patsy's body to Dignity Cremation. Received her back in 2 weeks in a beautiful wooden box with her name engraved on a gold plate. Thank you for taking respectful care of my girl.
