Florals & Flair

I spent $80 on sympathy flowers. When I called over the phone I asked for a white boquet with lots of bright flowers. A plant was delivered instead with 2 flowers on it, and I was very disappointed. The business was very understanding and gracious and resent a small bouquet to the house again along with the flowers. They were very respectful and gracious! Even though there was a mixup I will be revisiting this business!

Terrible customer service. The woman deleivered the wrong flowers to my work and then called me at 830pm at night wanting to bring me the right ones and pick up the ones she deleivered after my flower had been sitting in someone else's home. Terrible customer service. She harassed me all night long until I had to call the cops. The flowers I did get were dying to top it off.
