my husband tried to surprise me with flowers for my birthday but as I wasn't expecting a phone call and didn't know they were coming my phone was on silent. He ended up telling me when he thought they weren't gonna get here on time. He told me to expect a call. They called at 4pm and we scheduled a drop off at 1pm the next day. I was awake at 1pm, I received no phone call and heard no knocking. I got up to get a package because I received a notification that it had arrived and the FLOWERS WERE LEFT OUTSIDE ON THE PORCH. They were EXPENSIVE. It's 30 degrees outside. It was only around 1:20 when I went to grab my package so luckily they weren't out there long but flowers wilt in the cold and the card was soggy from the condensation collecting in the bag that surrounded the whole thing. How disappointing. Pretty flowers, but very angering and very disappointing.
