Country Creations Floral

We were very disappointed in our arrangement, ordered for a funeral. The arrangement was smaller than you would expect for the price, did not look particularly fresh, colors of the flowers (all pastels) completely clashed with the colored (bright red) vase they used and overall was amateurish. Given this was for a funeral it was embarrassing. This arrangement was COMPLETELY out of place next to all the others that were done as you would expect. We could have purchased a bouquet from a convenience store/grocery store and added a dollar store vase for better effect... Perhaps since we were not locals we got substandard service. The person we spoke to when the order was placed was nice and assured us they would produce a nice arrangement but that was not the end result. We also notified the owner of our dissatisfaction over a week ago but did not receive a reply.nnWe double checked all of our email and we can find no message from you.
