I received an arrangement as a gift after delivering my son. It was the most beautiful arrangement I’ve seen. The white pumpkin vase was perfectly festive and the flowers were so fresh and beautifully bloomed!

I called the day before to ask for a receipt from my prior purchase and the lady said it would be 30 mins. I never received the receipt and I have called numerous times the following day with no answer and voicemail is full. This is definitely poor business practice and will not be using them again.

This is the absolute worst place to purchase a floral arrangement from. A order was sent to them on 10/6 and it was was scheduled to deliver on 10/26. As of today at 5:40PM I have not received it. The manager totally lied and tried to blame the company that sent the wire for their incompetence. I will never do business with Austin Flowers and I have informed all my family and friends.
