I called at 4:00 in the afternoon with an urgent request for flowers to be delivered to a funeral home and the service was the next morning. The florist was so kind to work with me to get a basket out that day. She was limited in what she could offer but she took time to let me know my options and put together a lovely basket. The family was very complimentary of how beautiful the basket was. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to offer exceptional customer service.
Flowers were suppose to be delivered by 12pm for my friends birthday, did not arrive till 3:40pm. I called the shop to see if the mistake was from bloomstoday.com or their shop. She said they must have missed the notice of the time. I guess the positive thing is they were honest...the flowers are pretty. :/
