Andy, Brandon, Paul and the entire staff went above and beyond for our family when Dad passed. They were so compassionate, patient and understanding. They never rushed us in any way from the planning all the way through the service and beyond. This was some of the most difficult days of my life, but it was made much more bearable because of these wonderful people.

Mitch was both helpful and compassionate when helping us to make funeral plans for our father. He easily answered all of our questions and supplied us with knowledge of other things we would need to know.nWhile guiding us on our journey through the process, Mitch was professional and made us feel comfortable as though he was a trusted family friend.

The staff at Kilgore were amazing. They all worked tirelessly to accommodate all our needs. It was an extremely busy time for them but they gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to my Mother. I highly recommend them. My husband and I plan to do our pre-planning with they so our children will not have to make these decisions.

Their assistance and heart felt understanding at a most difficult time was invaluable.Their attention to detail for the graveside service is commendable including arranging the military honor guard presence and American Flag presentation at the cemetery.
