This business takes advantage of those who are grieving and suffering. I lost my aunt and was scheduled for visitation on 1/27. I called on 1/25 to order flowers. They said to wait and come into the office the next day, that there would be no problem getting it done. On 1/25 on the website the Lavender Tribute was $246.00, but when I went in to the store on1/26, they said it was $400.00! I asked why and she said that they are now into Valentine's season...I am buying a casket spray!!!! It's not for Valentine's Day!! She said it stated that on the website that prices increase...but it does not...even to this day. I paid it, becausewhat are you going to do?? But rest assured NONE of our family and friends will be using this business again. Sherry should be ashamed of herself!!
