Ridout's Valley Chapel

This place made my daddy’s service as wonderful as it could have been. They made what was An already terrible time in our lives so much easier. They without provocation played him out to the hearse to his favorite football teams fight song which honestly made his final ride something magical for us and for him. Most of my family has used this particular funeral home for all of my life and I’ve been to many services here, all of them have been wonderful, respectful, and overflowing with dignity. In our most trying time they were there for us and made us feel comfortable. 100% suggest this place for all of your most precious loved ones, I will be requesting that they memorialize me as well.

Called and spoke to Pam Dodd who I have worked with a couple of times before. She is wonderful. This particular funeral was the hardest to plan because it was for my husband of 41 years. Pam was so helpful and caring while at the same time she was efficient and got all the arrangements done in a timely fashion. She was a calm guide with the funeral arrangements and also advised me about various things that would come up in the next few weeks. Everything was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend the Valley Chapel of Johns Ridout.

Our family was truly blessed to have the assistance of Mr. Scott McBrayer, general manager, during the planning of my nephew's final arrangements. Scott's kindness, compassion, and patience made things so much easier. I highly recommend Ridout's Valley Chapel.
